Your data is used exclusively to:

• Reply to your booking request
• Confirm availability and produce a personalised quote
• Handle the administrative follow-up of the stay (contract, deposit, arrival)
• Send you practical information before your stay (access codes, address, tips)

No commercial prospecting, newsletter or sharing with third parties for marketing purposes is carried out.

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for analytics cookies, on your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
